Our Love Story

Hannah and Aydin had their first of many adventurous dates in Colorado Springs (Hannah’s hometown) on November 27th, 2016. They met at Hannah’s college campus and spent the day exploring Colorado Springs, from admiring Garden of the Gods to enjoying the fall colors along the Gold Belt Scenic Byway in Woodland Park. They finished the day off with pizza and ice cream in Manitou Springs and by the end of the night, it was then that they knew they were meant for each other.
They spent the next two years being “medium distance” as Hannah attended college in Colorado Springs and Aydin did the same in Denver. In the midst of their college studies, they looked forward to the weekends when Hannah would drive up to Denver and they would go on local adventures in the mountains, explore the city, go to concerts, try new restaurants, explore hobbies like astrophotography, and watch their favorite shows together. Just before earning her college degree in December 2018, Hannah moved to Denver. Shortly after in May 2019, Aydin earned his bachelor’s degrees and they both embarked on the start of their career journeys together.
Since then, Aydin and Hannah have built a joyous life together, including moving in together in 2023. Together, they love to cook Persian and American cuisines, listen to their favorite albums, go on mountain drives in their corvette, and garden in their backyard. They have fortunately been able to travel across their beloved Colorado and the world together, including Italy, France, Turkey, The Netherlands, Spain, Andorra, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, and the Dominican Republic (and next on the list is Japan!).
On October 11, 2024, Aydin proposed to Hannah at Emerald Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park, a beautiful backdrop for a beautiful day. They are thrilled to celebrate their special day with you!

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Pre-paid valet services and recommend that guests park their car with the Four Seasons Hotel valet staff upon arrival! There is also paid street parking is available next to our wedding venue; however, it may be limited since our wedding is on a Saturday night in a bustling area of downtown Denver.
With this in mind, we strongly recommend that guests who are not staying at the Four Seasons or another recommended hotel in downtown Denver leave early to provide enough time to make it to the venue as traffic can be heavy and/or unpredictable in downtown Denver on a Saturday night.
What time should I arrive for your wedding ceremony?
We kindly request that all guests arrive no later than 5:30 pm to allow ample time for street parking or valet services and seating at the Pool Terrace. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm, and we request that all guests arrive on time to avoid disruptions.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding dress code is formal. We suggest cocktail, midi, knee-length, or floor-length gowns for women and suits for men. However, we kindly request that our guests avoid wearing white, ivory, and blush pink tones.
What is the weather and climate like in Denver during June?
Denver summers are warm and dry, with average highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s on some nights. Guests should feel comfortable wearing light clothing; however, since our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, please feel free to bring a light shawl or coat for your comfort as needed!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We are excited to provide a mix of American and Persian cuisines to celebrate the blending of our cultures! We will provide a full menu with allergens denoted next to all of the buffet items for guests’ comfort and ease.
